Application Range
Cafonci Thermal Insulation Reflective Waterproof Coating possesses extremely low thermal conductivity coefficients, effectively blocking thermal energy transmission to ensure interior spaces of coated structures maintain relatively stable temperature conditions.
Features excellent UV resistance properties with high-temperature tolerance and freeze resistance capabilities, withstanding severe climatic conditions with extended service life performance.
Suitable for thermal insulation applications on various steel structure facilities, color steel roofing, plastic tiles, metal roofing systems, cement roof surfaces, exterior walls, tanks, and similar thermal protection installations.
Construction Methods

Ready-to-use formulation (water addition strictly prohibited); apply by roller or spray application with coverage of 5-8m² per kilogram;
steps2.
Allow surface drying between successive applications; minimum two-coat application required;
steps3.
Surface dry time: 2 hours; complete cure time: 24 hours. Avoid water contact during curing period. Construction prohibited when temperature falls below 5°C.
Precautions
1. Maintain substrate cleanliness, ensuring dry conditions free from moisture, dust, and loose structural elements.
2. Minimum two-coat application recommended with 90-degree cross-directional application pattern between coats. Pipe penetrations, floor drains, inside/outside corners, and expansion joints require reinforced treatment.
3. Traffic and water exposure prohibited until coating is completely dry. Coating must be protected from sharp objects and deliberate damage. Bathrooms, water tanks, and similar areas require complete curing before conducting flood testing procedures.
