Construction Sequence

Precautions

1. Substrate Preparation:

    Grinding and cleaning; substrate must be dry, level, and freefrom hollow sections;
2. Primer Application:

   Seal substrate and enhance adhesion;
3. Putty Layer:

   Apply putty in two coats over epoxy primer to seal finepores;

4. Epoxy Topcoat Layer:

   Roller-applytopcoatusingpaintroller;Upon completion of construction,floor surface will be dry totouch after 24 hours and ready for service.

1. Adjacent construction areas must be isolated withprotective barriers to prevent contamination; equipmentwithin the work zone must be covered for protection;substrate preparation grinding operations must utilize dust-free vacuum extraction systems to minimize contaminationlevels;
2. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited on-site;adequate lighting and ventilation must be maintainedthroughout the work area;
3. skin contact may cause irritation and should be washedimmediately. In case of eye contact, seek medical attentionimmediately.
4. Raw materials must be stored in cool, well-ventilated, dryenvironments; open flame construction activities are prohibited within storage areas;
